I dealt with Nick Metzger and Ken Walters. Both very professional and helpful when purchasing a new car. Very smooth and simple process. I was a first time buyer and they were extremely helpful in explaining the process and answering all the questions I had. Highly recommend going to O’Brien Toyota on the east side for all your car needs. I drove an hour just to buy from this dealership and it was definitely worth every minute.

Dale was awesome! Saw the car online on Friday & submitted my info for a call back. Dale called within an hour to schedule a time to meet & was very responsive with emails on financing. We showed up at 10 and by 12, I was waving bye in my new car! The finance guy was great, too. Genuine & kind with some great advice for us, too. Car was perfectly detailed and like brand new even though it’s 3 yrs old. We will be back for our next vehicle purchase!

Great experience overall. Staff (service techs to the cashier) was helpful, thorough. Service was quick and they gave me a break on a battery test, easing several of my concerns in the process. Good guys and I’ll definitely go back for future service needs.
