As a returning customer, I expected my buying experience to be a excellent one as previously encountered; alas, unfortunately, that was not the case. Things have changed for the worse at O'Brien. There was absolutely, no discussion, no negotiation, no finding of common ground, no getting into any conversation whateversoever to find a compromise. Literally Nothing! Zilch! They could not be bothered to find a workable and agreeble price solution, which was suitable to me and to them, too. I kid you not! This was one of the most disappointing experiences this year, thus far. If you wish to waste your time and end-up disappointed, then I recommend you do so there. If not, then do yourself a big favor and take your business elsewhere!

My salesman Dale and the dealership make buying a new car pleasurable. O'Brien Toyota gave me a better trade in than another dealer that I had bought several cars from in the past. I highly recommend them.

It was pleasure to buy car at O’Brien, the sale person was great Kendall and his Manager..the price asking for the car reasonable and deduction of the car condition accepted.. very smooth transition in and out less then 1 hour 30 min..

The O'Brien team was exceptional from start to finish through my new car buying process! They were personable, knowledgeable, and down to earth! I didn't feel pressured to buy anything additional, and they didn't try to push unnecessary packages. My salesman, Mark Porter, was friendly, supportive and helpful through the whole process - I felt like I had a real friend at the dealer who was as excited about the experience as I was. After the sales process, he gave me a tour of the service department and introduced me to the advisors. The advisors gave me their cards and made me feel confident that my new RAV4 Prime would be in good hands. The finance manager was easy-going and made sure everything was straightforward, which is very rare in my experience. This was, hands down, the best car buying experience I have ever had! Thank you!!

These guys are awesome! I live in WA and my mom (lives in Indiana) needed a new car. I found a beautiful RAV4 Prime online through the Obrien group and sent her the link. Sure enough, it was exactly what she was looking for and the sales team had it shipped to Indianapolis for her immediately for a fair price. After being in the automotive industry for almost 9 years now, I can confidently say that this was the best dealership experience that a team could offer.
